1. Overview
This website (mokalight, referred to here as "this site") is a static, informational site. It has no user accounts, no logins, and no server-side application behind it — just pages.
2. No tracking or analytics
This site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology. We don't build a profile of visitors, and we don't know who you are when you browse it.
3. No telemetry in the app
Mokalight the application follows the same principle: it does not phone home, does not report usage statistics, and does not collect telemetry. Multiplayer sessions exchange only what's needed to keep players in sync during a game — nothing is sent to us.
4. Basic hosting logs
Like effectively any web host, our hosting provider may keep short-lived, low-level technical request logs (for example, IP address and timestamp) purely to operate and secure the infrastructure that serves this site. We do not access these logs for tracking or marketing purposes, and this site does not layer any analytics of its own on top of them.
5. Third-party links
This site links out to third-party projects and communities (for example, our Discord, GitHub, and upstream projects like Dusklight and the Twilight Princess decompilation). Those destinations have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
6. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — adults and children alike — because it does not collect personal information at all.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy is a draft and may be revised as the project and its hosting setup mature. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
